How to Return an Item

Returns are accepted only for damaged, incorrect, or missing products. To initiate a return:

1. Record an unboxing video of the product
2. Go to “My Account > Return Request”
3. Submit the form with video and images
4. Return request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
