Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also check your order status by logging into your account and visiting the “My Orders” section.
Orders can be cancelled or edited within 2 hours of placing them. After this window, the order is processed and can no longer be modified. To cancel/edit, go to My Orders > Order Details > Cancel/Edit.
Orders may be canceled due to payment issues, stock unavailability, or if we’re unable to verify delivery details. You’ll receive a notification with the reason and a refund (if applicable) will be processed immediately.
If your order is damaged, missing items, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Make sure to provide an unboxing video as proof to qualify for return/refund support.
Once your return request is approved (valid only for damaged or wrong products with unboxing video), we will email you a prepaid return label with step-by-step return instructions.
Go to the login page and click “Forgot Password?”. You’ll receive a reset link on your registered email. Follow the instructions to set a new password.
Login to your account, go to Account Settings > Security, and select Change Password. Enter your current password followed by the new one.
To cancel or deactivate your account, please email us at support@thegiftmela.com from your registered email with the subject “Close My Account”.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days once we receive and inspect your returned item. Refunds are only issued for defective/damaged or wrongly delivered products.
Initiate a return from the My Orders section within 48 hours of receiving the product. Only eligible if the product is damaged, wrong, or missing — and you provide an unboxing video as evidence.
We only accept returns for damaged, defective, or wrongly shipped items. Returns must be initiated within 48 hours with proof of issue (video). Returns are not accepted for change-of-mind or personalization errors.
Free shipping is automatically applied to eligible orders at checkout. You’ll see a tag that says “Free Shipping” next to qualifying items.
Before placing the order: edit your address in the cart.
After placing the order: unfortunately, changes are not possible once the order is confirmed. Please double-check your address before checkout.
Use your tracking number from the confirmation email or login to My Orders for real-time tracking. If delayed beyond expected delivery, contact our support.
We deliver PAN India. To check serviceability, enter your PIN code on any product page. If it’s out of coverage, the system will notify you before checkout.
If you’re a registered vendor, payouts are processed every 7 business days after order delivery and approval. View your payout summary in the Vendor Dashboard.
